NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010435-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Money Source, Inc., is the Plaintiff and LaTanya Newell aka LaTanya R Newell, Avalon Park Commercial Property Owners' Association, Inc., Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 16th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 91 AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE 5, A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66 PAGE(S) 13 AND 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
