WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMPAC CMB TRUST SERIES 2005-6, is Plaintiff and DANIEL J. WILKINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL J. WILKINSON N/K/A ROBIN WILKINSON; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE SW CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SW ¼ OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, GO NORTH 25 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KERSEY ROAD, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SE ¼ OF SW ¼ OF SW ¼ A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET; THENCE GO EAST 75 FEET PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE ¼ OF SW ¼ OF SW ¼; THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID KERSEY ROAD TO A POINT 75 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE GO WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF KERSEY ROAD 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
