STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM , on the 18th day of August, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 21, BLOCK 773, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 27 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
