NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and NATACHIA ANN DODD A/K/A NATACHIA DODD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORAL LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
