along the North boundary thereof, 667.74 feet; thence South 00Ëš07' West 333.38 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00Ëš07' West 110.0 feet; thence North 89” 46' West 146.72 feet; thence North 110.0 feet; thence South 89Ëš46' East 146.95 feet to the Point of Beginning. Also known as Lot 8 of unrecorded plat of SHERWOOD UNIT 3.
