notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001448-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RICK WAYMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIAN WAYMAN; MARISAA E. LATIMER; ELIAS J. LATIMER A/K/A ELAIS J. LATIMER; WILLIAM GILBERT LATIMER; WILLIAM GILBERT LATIMER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE ESTATE OF MARLENE MEWBOURN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARLENE T. MEWBOURN DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trl E Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on 17 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 90, OF WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 630, AT PAGES 1883 THROUGH 1932, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1991 REDMAN HALDEN 2 HS, IDENTIFICATION #130M7281A. TOGETHER WITH 1991 REDMAN HALDEN 2 HS, IDENTIFICATION #130M7281B.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
