notice is hereby given, pursuant to this Court's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-446 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Naples Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. is Plaintiff and Jimmy M. Dean, Kelly Dean, and J.D. Design Construction, Inc. are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 17, 2017 beginning at 11:00 A.m. on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
2036 50th TERRACE SW - GOLDEN GATE - UNIT 4 - BLOCK 126 - LOT 7 - NAPLES - COLLIER COUNTY - FLORIDA.
The sale shall be made pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
