NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001211 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Jose Ignacio Jordan a/k/a Jose I. Jordan a/k/a Jose Jordan and Ximena Maria Navarro a/k/a Ximena M. Navarro a/k/a Ximena M. Jordan a/k/a Ximena Jordan a/k/a Ximenda Jordan are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 15, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 93 AND 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
