NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21,2017 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001131 ofthe Circuit Court ofthe 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2005 PARK PLACE SECURTIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ4, is Plaintiff and KIRK SAMPLES; LANOLA M. SAMPLES; SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 150 feet of Tract 93, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 67, according to the map or plat thereof , as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
