NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure July 21, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000622-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2004-13 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-13 is the Plaintiff and Bobby Timbrook; Unknown Spouse of Bobby Timbrook; Dennis Gresh; GW Naples, LLC; San Rafael Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Collier County, Florida; The Vineyards Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the August 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
