NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001028, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UV CITE IV, LLC; MARCIA L. GALLE; KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1621, KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3514, PAGE 1481, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
