NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 10-5756-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS MASTER SERVICER FOR CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE FOR KNOXVILLE 2012 TRUST, Plaintiff and AMANDA L. MEYERS and DAVE MEYERS, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2017, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl. 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMIN AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
