NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA001982CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2005-3, NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Meadows; Unknown Spouse of Michael D. Meadows are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 150, JASMINE LAKES, UNIT 2-C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
