NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002239CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS J. SMITH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit D, Building 4, CHATEAU VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM III, Phase I, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Chateau Village Condominium III as recorded in Official Record Book 1232, Page 643, amended in Official Record Book 1233, Page 1721, Official Record Book 1242, Page 1288, Official Record Book 1248, Page 168, Official Record Book 1252, Page 1772, Official Record Book 1310, Page 1385, Official Record Book 1765, Page 1475, Official Record Book 2044, Page 1037, Official Record Book 2048, Page 1029 and subsequent amendments thereto, and as shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, pages 90 through 92 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
