A portion of Sections 13 and 14, Township 26 South, Range 18 East, of Pasco County, Florida described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Said Section 13, and run thence Northwesterly along the Northerly Right of Way line of Drexel Road to the Southeast Corner of LAKE TALIA PHASE 2, as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 1 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; run thence North 12 degrees 16 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 204.85 feet; run thence North 14 degrees 51 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 152.24 feet; run thence North 58 degrees 08 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 61.76 feet; run thence Northerly along a curve to the left (radius 275.00 feet, Chord distance 149.44 feet, Chord bearing North 16 degrees 05 minutes 56 seconds East); run thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 474.45 feet; run thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 65.34 feet; run thence South a distance of 150.00 feet; run thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 295.64 feet to a point in Lake; run thence South 12 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 375.00 feet more or less; run thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 103.40 feet; run thence South 49 degrees 01 minute 00 seconds West a distance of 200.00 feet; run thence South 14 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; run thence South 81 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet mol to the boundary line between Said Sections 13 and 14; and run thence South along Said boundary line to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a Drainage Easement and subject to a 15 foot wide ingress/egress Easement as described in O.R. Book 7867, Page 593, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Law Office Grant D. Whitworth 14502 N Dale Mabry Hwy, #200, Tampa, Fl., 33618, on or before August 28, 2017 (no later than 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice of action) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
