Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated July 18, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 2016CC001140CCAXWS, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FOXWOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA J. WALKER, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 895, FOX WOOD PHASE SIX, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 144 through 149, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of August, 2017. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
