NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003906WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Lisa M. Casler a/k/a Lisa Casler; Joanne Marie Casler; Villa Del Rio Homeowners Association, Inc.; Viva Villas Maintenance Corporation are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
VILLA 274, VILLA DEL RIO, UNIT THREE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: LOT 274, LESS THE NORTH 4.00 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 8.17 FEET, ALSO LOT 275, LESS THE NORTH 4.00 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 24.495 FEET, VILLA DEL RIO, UNIT THREE, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 71, 72, AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
