NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA002969 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. As Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, As Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2004-KS10 is the Plaintiff and Debra Kay Hill A/K/A Debra Kay Nelson; Donald Wayne Hill; Unknown Spouse of Donald Wayne Hill; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE EAST 80.00 FEET OF THE WEST 480.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 140.00 FEET OF TRACT 15. IN THE NW 1 /4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH. RANGE 17 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE REVISED MAP OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 64 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE NORTH 15.00 FEET OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING RESERVED AS AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES. PLUS AN UNDIVIDED 1/27 INTEREST IN LAKE FRONTAGE LYING SOUTH OF THE CANAL.
