NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003629CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS MCDONALD AKA THOMAS F. MCDONALD AKA THOMAS F. MCDONALD JR.; KEY VISTA MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; KEY VISTA SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; KEY VISTA VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (USAA FSB); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A SANDRA RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A ELOY RIVERAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on August 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 452, KEY VISTA PHASE 3, PARCELS 12, 14 AND 16, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 82 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
