NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005766-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANNAMARIA COLLINS A/K/A ANNAMARIA DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNAMARIA COLLINS A/K/A ANNAMARIA DAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; CHALFONT VILLAS ADULT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, CHALFONT VILLAS PLAT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORSD OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
