NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 006563 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and BELLA VILLINO IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA VILLINO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FRED W. GORDON LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 18, 2000 A/K/A THE FRED W. GORDON LIVING TRUST DATED 12/18/2000; LESLIE ANN GORDON A/K/A LESLIE A. GORDON A/K/A LESLIE ANN MILLER AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRED W. GORDON LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 18, 2000 A/K/A THE FRED W. GORDON LIVING TRUST DATED 12/18/2000; KATHRYN JEAN GORDON A/K/A KATHRYN J. GORDON A/K/A KATHRYN JEAN ZORICH; LESLIE ANN GORDON A/K/A LESLIE A. GORDON A/K/A LESLIE ANN MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A COURTNEY KALAHAR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on August 14, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1523, BUILDING C, OF BELLA VILLINO IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005198471, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
