ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR

THROUGH OR UNDER JOSEPH BESSARD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH BESSARD, GILBERT, STEVEN L. ESTATE, D/B/A,
STEVEN L. GILBERT, TENANT #1, and TENANT #2, as unknown tenant(s) in possession,
Defendants.
TO: JOSEPH BESSARD, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against him, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit C-355, GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 109, Page 1606, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 6, 6A through 6K, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Last Known Address: 1520 Glen Oaks Drive East, Unit 355, Sarasota, FL 34232.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, GLEN OAKS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or August 28, 2017; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER
