TO: GEORGE VLACHOS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE VLACHOS 1995 TRUST AGREEMENT U/T/A DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 1995, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, ANY SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE GEORGE VLACHOS 1995 TRUST AGREEMENT U/T/A DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 1995, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against him, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Apartment 414, TREGATE EAST, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1275, Page 1854, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 11, Pages 45 and 45A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Last Known Address: 3983 Maceachen Blvd., Unit #414, Sarasota, FL 34233
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for money judgment has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, GLEN OAKS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or August 28, 2017; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
