NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, and entered in 58-2016-CA-004237 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and 6342 TALBOT, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 4403 BULLARD LAND TRUST; JOHN M. ALEXANDER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 4403 BULLARD LAND TRUST; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; ACCUTECH RESTORATION AND REMODELING, INC. A/K/A ACCUTECH RESTORATION & REMODELING are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
