NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001145 NC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, Deustche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for holders of Morgan Stanley IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, Plaintiff, and, ESTATE OF W. HAROLD O`NEAL A/K/A WALTER HAROLD O`NEIL, et. al., are Defendants.
