NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, and entered in 2016 CA 003839 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and DIANE C. SIMAITIS A/K/A DIANE SIMAITIS; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; VILLAGE OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
