NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 008908 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JAYNIE NELL HICKMAN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2009; THOMAS DERROUGH, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR THE JAYNIE NELL HICKMAN REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2009; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY A/K/A ISPC; THOMAS DERROUGH, INDIVIDUALLY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on August 16, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1228, 1229 AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY ½ OF LOT 1230, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
