NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 18, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002844 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where LEHIGH SHOPPING CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DEREK RUNION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO KATHRYN BUTLER AS TRUSTEE OF THE GULF SHORE LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 27, 2006, and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 18 day of August, 2017, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 10, LEHIGH SHOPPING CENTER CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DELCARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2846, PAGE 1963, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 2846, PAGE 1963

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
