Tompkins, Jr., Deceased, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 19-B OF MYERLEE GOLFSIDE EAST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION RECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 1019, PAGE 1141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
