Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 24 day of July, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-00199 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COLONY POINTE II HOMEOWNERS, ASSOCIATION, INC is the Plaintiff and DELORES ANN FOLEY, are the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of August, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK A, of COLONY POINTE PHASE III, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 82-86, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
