NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2017 entered in Case No. 16-CA-007894, Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida (“Final Judgment”), wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff, and VALERIE K. ELIAS a/k/a VALERIE ELIAS; BAYPORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAN MARINO BAY CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN PARTY #1 n/k/a BRIAN SILVA are the Defendants; said Final Judgment being assigned on July 18, 2017 to WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3, I, Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2017, the following described real property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 201, Building 2, SAN MARINO BAY CONDOMINIUM 2, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5068, Page 1059; together with any and all amendments attaching thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property address: 10423 Saint Tropez Place, Tampa, Florida 33615.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
