NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002702 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-HE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Inc., Norbett R. Whorley, Rebecca S. Whorley, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
