NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006022 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER THOMAS ALBERT BEM A/K/A THOMAS BEM, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 66 feet of the West 264 feet of Lot 2, Block 13, FAIR GROUND FARMS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 34, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
