NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 20, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 13CA007289 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57 CB is Plaintiff and ALBANO, ANTHONY AND TAMMY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 24, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
