YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PALM HARBOR SOMERSET VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, herein in the following described property:
Lot 56, of THE VILLAGE OF SOMERSET WOODS PHASE TWO UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 36-39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2729 Penzance Street, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8-28-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
