YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKE HIGHLANDER RO ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 274 of LAKE HIGHLANDER R.O. ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. With the following street address: 1500 County Road #1, Lot 196, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #638 of ESTATE OF JOHN LACASSE, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8-28-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
