NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28 June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-000008-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which 360 Mortgage Group, LLC, is the Plaintiff and East Bay Golf Villas at Water View Condominium Association, Inc., Jill Ann Rushwin a/k/a Jill A. Rushwin f/k/a Jill A. Walla, Lynn Marie Ogden a/k/a Lynn M. Ogden f/k/a Lynn M. Hamracek, Michael E. Hamracek, Jr. a/k/a Michael Edward Hamracek a/k/a Michael E. Hamracek, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Judith Hamracek, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 202, EAST BAY GOLF VILLAS IV AT WATER VIEW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE 16 THROUGH 18 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12701, PAGE 1363 THROUGH 1428 INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
