NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNCOAST MOBILE MANOR is the Plaintiff, and MAUREEN A. BITTINGER, Deceased, is the Defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash as www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #210, of SUNCOAST MOBILE MANOR, A COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) as recorded in Official Records Book 8868 at Pages 1688 through 1739 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida commonly known as Lot #210, SUNCOAST MOBILE MANOR, 7490 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709, Parcel ID# 06-31-16-86378-000-2100, together with the 1971 NBLT mobile home located thereon, VIN #N2559 with title # 4289821.
Also known as 7490 46th Avenue North, Lot #210, St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
(hereinafter referred to as “the property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEASE FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
