NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-006959-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QH8, is the Plaintiff and Dana Lynn Murray a/k/a Dana Lyn Murray a/k/a Dana L. Murray, as an Heir to the Estate of Russell L. Murray a/k/a Russell Lawrence Murray, deceased, Galencare Inc. d/b/a Northside Hospital, Heather Nicole Murray, as an Heir to the Estate of Russell L. Murray a/k/a Russell Lawrence Murray, deceased, Lori J. Andrews, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Russell L. Murray a/k/a Russell Lawrence Murray, deceased,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
