NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2017, and entered in 15-001359-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JERRY LEE SCHUCK A/K/A JERRY L. SCHUCK, DECEASED; CHRISTINE J. MARRION A/K/A CHRISTINE J. SCHUCK, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JERRY LEE SCHUCK A/K/A JERRY L. SCHUCK, DECEASED; TRAVIS L. SCHUCK; CHRISTINE J. MARRION A/K/A CHRISTINE J. SCHUCK are the Defendant(s).
