NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-595-CI-19 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF EMORY E. WRIGHT, EMORY E. WRIGHT, III, CAMILLE WRIGHT-FELTON and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST N/K/A TARA MURPHY are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 24, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 11, Block 2, REVISED PLAT OF COLONIAL PLACE, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 39, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as 2645 2nd Ave S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
