NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-010586-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST, SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER BERGEN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 57.45 feet of Lot 1, Block 2 MILTON PARK, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 921 Jeffords Street, Clearwater, FL 33756 .
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
