NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-001389-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for BCAP LLC Trust 2007-AA2 is the Plaintiff and Da Best Da Best In; Merle Furman Eaton A/K/A Merle Furman Wolf A/K/A Merle Eaton ; Target National Bank; Tenant #1 n/k/a Tiffeny Elliott; Tenant #2 n/k/a Elbert Barber are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 150 FEET OF LOT 17 AND NORTH 10 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF LOT 18, E.C. BAUGHMAN'S GARDEN HOMES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
