NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 828 of AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, according to the Declaration of Audubon Condominium at Feather Sound, recorded 6/21/2004, in Official Records Book 13652, Page 1025, as such Declaration may be amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2400 Feathersound Drive, #828, Clearwater, Florida, 33762.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 1, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
