NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2017, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 30th day of August, 2017, at 10:00 AM, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
PARCEL I: LOT 8, HERRON'S SUBDIVISION NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL II: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, RUN SOUTH 89º 58' EAST ALONG AN EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, 114.59 FEET TO THE CITY OF TREASURE ISLAND BULKHEAD LINE, 56.45 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE NORTH 89 º 58' WEST ALONG SAID EASTERLY EXTENSION 124.46 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE 13º 03' 30” WEST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, 53.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
