Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 22, Block 208, of MARCO BEACH, Unit SEVEN, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 55-62, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in person at the 3rd Floor Lobby, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on June 22, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
