NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 2, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA004354AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MARJANI JONES A/K/A MARJANI DESUE JONES A/K/A MARJANI D. JONES; LUTHERIO JONES A/K/A LUTHERIO JONES JR. A/K/A LETHERIO JONES A/K/A LETHARIO JONES et al, are Defendants. The clerk ANGELINA M. COLONNESO shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 26, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Manatee, County as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
