NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA004582AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12, Plaintiff and PAUL W. JOHANSEN A/K/A PAUL JOHANSEN; JOANNE M. JOHANSEN A/K/A JOANNE JOHANSEN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MARY ANNE JOHANSEN; et al, are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 27, 2017 at 11:00 am or as soon as possible, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
