NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003936AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and MERLEN VICENTE; MACELINA VICENTE; IDELSO VICENTE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 272, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73 TO 75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
