NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA005421AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007 4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 4, is Plaintiff and JOHN RENDEIRO, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract 75, Lots 1 thru 6, Block E, The Golden Addition to the Town of Verna, First Addition, as per Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 36, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
